My performance speaks for itself.  I'm a multi-year top producer at one of the largest brokerages in the area and a multiple recipient of the Circle of Excellence award from Boise Regional Realtors.   Since 2014 I've been party dozens of licensed of transactions, and since 2009 I've been instrumental in hundreds of residential real estate flip investments in Idaho.

In 2009 I dropped out of college and quit my job to start a career in real estate.  I was able to cut my teeth in the extremely competitive fix and flip industry.  Over the years, and over 300 flips in Idaho, I've had the fortune to experience just about every conceivable problem inherent to the real estate business.  Evictions, mold, title problems, buyers' markets, sellers' markets, remodels, etc.  More than being a passive observer to those problems, I had to figure out a solution that was both quick and cost-effective.  That knowledge, and a dry wit, is what I bring to my clients.  I obtained my real estate license in 2014 and have since been party to dozens of transactions, earning the Boise Regional Realtors Circle of Excellence Award in 2016.

About Me

I'm a life-long Boise resident.  The city has changed a lot in my time.  I remember driving down Eagle road when it was only two lanes! Shoot, I even remember Wild Waters, which is now the Cole & Overland intersection over I-84.  After graduating Borah High School, I attended three years of Boise State University.  Heading into my senior year, I was recently married and a new parent.  The job opportunity was extremely bleak for Political Science majors.  A job opportunity arose that would have me working with a large real estate investment company buying and selling flip properties.  Almost immediately, I dropped out, quit my job, dedicated myself to a new profession, and have had no regrets.  Years later, I'm well entrenched in Idaho real estate with numerous contacts in all facets of the industry.

I'm a husband to my high-school sweetheart.  We were married in 2009.  Brittany and I are blessed to be parents to three amazing children: our eldest, Lily, and our twins, Nolan and Adelaide.  We enjoy family board games, swimming, bike riding, camping, and all other types of movement.  A rolling Price gathers no moss, and we don't have any moss!  In my downtime I'm a veracious reader, a perpetual attempter at improving my fitness, and have been playing video games since I was five years old.
